PRODUCTS

 

Does Brett create all of the artwork?

All works of art begin as Brett Dennen originals. Some artwork is then digitally altered by our super pro graphic designers to create one-of-a-kind prints.

What is the difference between a print and an original?

Prints are simply that. They are digitally or press printed on quality material from an original work of art to bring you beautiful artwork at an affordable price. Originals are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be found elsewhere. These pieces will sell at a higher cost, due to the time and scarcity of the artwork.

Is the artwork signed?

All Brett Dennen original artwork ‘Prints’ will be printed with his signature. Only ‘Original’ pieces will be hand-signed. ‘Limited-edition’ prints will be hand-signed and numbered.

What kind of paper is used for the prints?

Since we are committed to a cleaner planet, we only use sustainable paper sources of the highest quality to bring you the best products while protecting our planet. Depending on the print, the paper can range from 100% recycled to PCW, all being FSC Certified. Please refer to the product description of each item to learn more about the paper used.

SHIPPING

 

**UPDATE** - Due to Covid-19 and other environmental circumstances, we are experiencing shipping delays with our carrier, the USPS. Please make note of this when placing your order. 

When do you ship my order?

All orders placed on www.dennengoods.com will be processed within 3 - 5 business days (does not include shipping transit time), pending item availability and payment verification. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  We are a small business and work hard to ship it ASAP, however if you need your order to go out sooner, please contact us in advance. 

What carrier do you use?

We ship all orders through the USPS. We only ship with UPS if we have a specific need to do so.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a notification and USPS tracking number via the email that is associated with your account. You can then follow along your package journey as needed.

Where is my package?

Once Dennen Goods Co. has delivered the merchandise to the carrier (USPS in most cases), we no longer have control of the shipment process. You will assume the risk of loss and tracking for the merchandise thereafter. Dennen Goods Co. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS office if you experience any delays or issues. You can also file a claim with USPS on their website.


RETURNS

 

Do you accept returns?

If you are not satisfied with your online order, we are happy to issue a refund within seven days of the date it was received. All items must be in the condition they were purchased in - no rips, tears, marks, stains, etc. In addition, a receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item is acceptable for return or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. Original artwork is not returnable. 

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
